TripXY started in Ankleshwar, in the offices of transport agencies where trip registers, diesel slips and WhatsApp messages were the accounting system. Dispatch knew one number, the accountant knew another, and the owner discovered the truth weeks later.
We built TripXY so a trip, its invoice and its ledger entry are the same record. Every advance, pump bill, toll and party payment attaches to the trip that created it, so month-end is a report and not an investigation.
